Ugh... I've been struggling with trying to come up with other characters to fit with the Shadow Chaser design for my portfolio.
But then I got some inspiration from armor designs and this guy came out!
He's the "reluctant hero" type. A warrior traveling with the party, probably a crusader who's there to defend the priest. Maybe the thief is in their custody, but she ended up being an asset to the party in a few situations?
Who knows! But I'm excited to get drawing again so that's all that matters~

I like the way you draw realistic-ish style people...all I can do is cartoony style chibi ppl and anime style xD;;
